When Ken and I were recording we were talking about Roxy Music and how we both loved the band and just like that we smashed out this cover from 1972. I've always loved this song and in recent years I've come to understand it's sometimes cryptic lyrics about not wanting to sign a bad deal, not wanting to get taken advantage of, being fearful of the trappings of fame and being the flavor of the month. It's art rock before there was art rock and I put my Americana spin on it. Words still ring true and I was very lucky to get a member of Roxy Music to play guitar on it!

Featuring the drumming of Ken Coomber, the Hammond organ of Rami Jaffee, the lead guitar of Phil Manzanera and the bass playing of Tracy Byrnes.
